    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 24-21-40, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE RECORDING OF PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE DEPARTMENT OF PROBATION, PAROLE AND PARDON SERVICES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT TESTIMONY PROVIDED BY A VICTIM AND INFORMATION ABOUT A VICTIM SHALL NOT BE RELEASED PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION.
