    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO WAIVE THE MAKE UP REQUIREMENT FOR THE SCHOOL DAYS MISSED ON JANUARY 29 AND 30, AND FEBRUARY 12, 13, AND 14, 2014, BY THE STUDENTS OF DORCHESTER COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS 2 AND 4 WHEN ITS SCHOOLS WERE CLOSED DUE TO SNOW AND TO EXTEND THIS WAIVER TO CHARTER SCHOOLS AND HOME SCHOOLS IN THESE DISTRICTS.
