    A Bill to amend Article 3, Subarticle 1, Chapter 20, Title 7, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 20-7-92 so as to provide that the biological father of a child conceived as a result of criminal sexual conduct has no rights or privileges as the parent of that child and to provide that this does not preclude a court from enforcing any requirements, penalties, or sanctions as they relate to the child or the offense.
