    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-1-25 so as to require the Division of Motor Vehicles of the Department of Revenue and Taxation to include on every motor vehicle driver's license and personal identification card it issues the national citizenship of the person to whom the license or card is issued.
