    A Bill to amend Act 191 of 1991, relating to the governance of the school district of Fairfield County, so as to provide that members of the governing board must be elected in a nonpartisan election held at the time of the general election, to delete obsolete provisions, and to provide that the terms of board members representing Districts 2, 4, and 6 are extended until their successors are elected and qualify.
