    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-5-770, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO SHRIMP TRAWLS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL TO HAVE ON BOARD OR TO TRAWL WITH ANY TRAWL HAVING A TOTAL FOOT ROPE LENGTH GREATER THAN TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FEET, TO PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS, AND TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN VIOLATIONS OF THIS SECTION.
