H 4897 General Bill, By R.A. Kohn
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 10-1-125 so as to require that any person developing a real estate project on public lands or with use in whole or in part of public funds is required to post a surety bond or other guarantee insuring that any contractor with whom he enters into a contract of a certain amount will be paid according to the contract for any work properly completed.
