A Concurrent Resolution to express the sense of the General Assembly that the State of South Carolina through its appropriate attorneys should drop its appeal of the case of "Francis Edwin Bass, Jr., et al, v. State of South Carolina" wherein the State was ordered to refund income taxes paid for the years 1985 through 1988 to persons receiving certain federal retirement benefits, and to further express the sense of the General Assembly that these refunds due should be paid promptly and in a fair manner determined by the General Assembly.
