    A Bill to amend Section 61-3-461, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the limit on retail liquor store licenses issued to a single person, so as to provide that the extension of the limit on interest to relatives within the second degree applies to relatives residing in the person's household and to provide that the limit on interests in retail liquor stores beyond the maximum of three applies to financial interests.
