    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 25-21-20, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VETERANS' TRUST FUND OF SOUTH CAROLINA, SO AS TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF BOARD MEMBERS FROM ELEVEN TO NINETEEN, TO REQUIRE AT LEAST ELEVEN MEMBERS, RATHER THAN ALL OF THE MEMBERS, TO BE HONORABLY DISCHARGED VETERANS, TO PROVIDE THAT THE REMAINING MEMBERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE VETERANS, BUT IF THEY ARE VETERANS, THEY MUST HAVE BEEN HONORABLY DISCHARGED, AND TO DELETE THE PROVISION RESTRICTING MEMBERS FROM SERVING MORE THAN EIGHT CONTINUOUS YEARS ON THE BOARD.-amended title
