    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-6-75 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, RATABLY OVER FIVE YEARS, TO CONFORM THE STATE MEDICAID MONTHLY MAINTENANCE NEEDS ALLOWANCE TO THE MOST CURRENT MAXIMUM AMOUNTS ALLOWED UNDER FEDERAL LAW.
