    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976 by adding Section 1-7-990 so as to provide that the Commission on Prosecution Coordination may promulgate those regulations necessary to assist it in the performance of its required duties and to amend Section 8-11-260, relating to state employees who are exempt from the State Classification and Compensation Plan, so as to also exempt the employees of the Commission on Prosecution Coordination and athletic coaches and unclassified employees in the athletic departments of certain post-secondary educational institutions.-amended title
