    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 24-3-45 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS SHALL ESTABLISH AN INTERNAL GRIEVANCE SYSTEM TO PROVIDE VICTIMS AND DEPENDENT BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE PRISONER WAGE DEDUCTIONS UNDER SECTION 24-3-40 A FORUM TO PURSUE CLAIMS THAT MAY ARISE PURSUANT TO THAT SECTION.
