    A Bill to amend Sections 5-31-2020 and 6-11-1220, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions in regard to sewerage collection and disposal, so as to add additional definitions, to amend Section 5-31-2030, relating to the powers of municipalities in regard to sewerage collection and disposal, and Section 6-11-1230, as amended, relating to the powers of the governing commissions of special purpose or public service districts in regard to sewerage collection and disposal, so as to further provide for these powers including additional and revised methods of obtaining funding for these purposes.
