AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ACT, THE NAME OF THE KERSHAW COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER IS HEREBY CHANGED TO KERSHAWHEALTH.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Name changed

SECTION    1.    On the effective date of this act, the name of the Kershaw County Medical Center is hereby changed to KershawHealth.

Time effective

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Ratified the 30th day of April, 2009.

Approved the 6th day of May, 2009.
