AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 51-13-725 SO AS TO ADD THE MAYOR OF MT. PLEASANT, SOUTH CAROLINA, AS AN EX OFFICIO MEMBER OF THE PATRIOT'S POINT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Mt. Pleasant mayor added to Authority
SECTION 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:
"Section 51-13-725. In addition to the members of the Patriot's Point Development Authority provided for in Section 51-13-720, the mayor of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, shall serve as an ex officio member of the authority."
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
