A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-310, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE OPEN SEASON FOR TAKING DEER, SO AS TO PROHIBIT THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FROM PROVIDING A BREAK IN THE SEASON ON PRIVATE LANDS IN GAME ZONE 4.

Amend Title To Conform

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Until January 1, 1995, the Department of Natural Resources may not provide for a break in the deer season on private lands in Game Zones 2 and 4.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 1994.
