TO DIRECT THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO INSTALL A TRAFFIC LIGHT AT U.S. HIGHWAY 378 AND NORTH HOOK AVENUE IN WEST COLUMBIA, LEXINGTON COUNTY, BY AUGUST 1, 1994.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The South Carolina Department of Transportation shall install a traffic light at U.S. Highway 378 and North Hook Avenue in West Columbia, Lexington County, by August 1, 1994 and at the intersection of U.S. Highway 78 and The Elms Blvd. in Charleston County and a turn signal traffic light at St. Andrews Blvd. Sycamore Drive in Charleston County, and on U.S. Highway 17 and Marginal Road in Charleston County.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
