AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE TRUSTEES OF GREENWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT 52 IN GREENWOOD COUNTY TO CHARGE MATRICULATION AND OTHER INCIDENTAL FEES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Fees authorized

SECTION 1. The trustees of Greenwood School District 52 in Greenwood County are authorized to charge matriculation and other incidental fees pursuant to the provisions of Section 59-19-90(8) of the 1976 Code.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
