A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING AND REGULATION, BOARD OF LONG TERM HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATORS, RELATING TO COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITIES, PRE-EXAMINATION AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 2515, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Regulations approved
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, Board of Long Term Health Care Administrators, relating to community residential care facilities, pre-examination and licensing requirements, designated as Regulation Document Number 2515, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 8th day of June, 2000.
Approved the 14th day of June, 2000.
