A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES, RELATING TO STATE HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATIONS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 2609, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Regulations Approved
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Budget and Control Board, Office of Human Resources, relating to state human resources regulations, designated as Regulation Document Number 2609, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 28th day of June, 2001.
Became law without the signature of the Governor -- 1/10/02.
