AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT MEMBERS OF THE CALHOUN COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE IN PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES BE PAID FIFTY DOLLARS FOR EACH MEETING A MEMBER ATTENDS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Members to be paid for meeting attendance
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, each member of the Calhoun County Transportation Committee in performance of his duties must be paid from Calhoun County "C" fund revenues fifty dollars for each meeting the member attends.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 27th day of February, 2002.
Became law without the signature of the Governor -- 3/6/02.
