A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING AND REGULATION BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS, RELATING TO REQUIREMENTS FOR LIMITED LICENSE, LIMITED LICENSING FOR COMPLETION OF FIFTH PATHWAY PROGRAM, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 2664, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Regulations approved
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Board of Medical Examiners, relating to Requirements for Limited License, Limited Licensing for Completion of Fifth Pathway Program, designated as Regulation Document Number 2664, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 25th day of April, 2002.
Became law without the signature of the Governor -- 5/2/02.
