TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, RELATING TO SEASONS, LIMITS, METHODS OF TAKE, AND SPECIAL USE RESTRICTIONS ON WMA'S, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 2657, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Natural Resources, relating to Seasons, Limits, Methods of Take, and Special Use Restrictions on WMA's, designated as Regulation Document Number 2657, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
These regulations replace Chapter 123-40 in order to clarify Department of Natural Resources authority for filing specific regulations, correct past errors in the printed document, add new sections, and incorporate all previously filed changes to Chapter 123-40, 123-50, 123-51, 123-52, and 123-53.
