AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 989 OF 1948 RELATING TO THE CREATION OF THE FLORENCE MEMORIAL STADIUM COMMISSION.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1.    Act No. 989 of 1948 is repealed.

Effective date

SECTION 2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Ratified the 15th day of May, 2026.

Approved the 19th day of May, 2026. -- L.
