    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 44-6-70, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE TITLE XIX STATE PLAN, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING, THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT IS DIRECTED TO PROVIDE PAYMENT FOR FOUR PRESCRIPTIONS PER MONTH FOR MEDICAID ELIGIBLE RECIPIENTS.
