    A Bill to amend Chapter 23, Title 15 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 23-15-115 so as to make it unlawful for a public official or public employee who is a law enforcement official to ask or require an employee to participate in partisan political activity and to make it unlawful for a public official or public employee who is a law enforcement official to derive income from providing goods or services to a prisoner.
