H 4439 General Bill, By D.E. Winstead
    A Bill to amend Sections 16-13-10, 16-13-230, 16-13-240, and 34-11-60, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the crimes of forgery, breach of trust with fraudulent intent, obtaining a signature or property by false pretenses, and drawing and uttering a fraudulent check, so as to provide that in any prosecution for a violation of these Sections the State is not required to establish and it is no defense that some of the acts constituting the crime did not occur in this State or within one city, county, or local jurisdiction.
