The House assembled at 12:00 noon.
Deliberations were opened with prayer by Rep. ROBINSON as follows:

We thank You, Heavenly Father, for these moments of prayer when we thank and praise You. The world in which we live proclaims the beauty and wonder of Your creation. Fit us, O Lord, for the work before us. Order our lives according to the teachings of Your Word. When the distance is unclear, may we take one step at a time. Save us from error, from pride, and from prejudice. Motivate us to humbly walk with God. Thank You, Lord, for this privilege of prayer. Amen.
