A JOINT RESOLUTION TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO ERECT APPROPRIATE SIGNS ALONG PINE RIDGE DRIVE (S-103) AND ALONG FISH HATCHERY ROAD FROM HIGHWAY 321 UNTIL THE INTERSECTION WITH PINE RIDGE DRIVE IN LEXINGTON COUNTY THAT INFORM MOTORISTS THAT TRUCK TRAFFIC IS PROHIBITED ALONG THIS ROADWAY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Through truck traffic prohibited
SECTION 1. The Department of Transportation must erect appropriate signs along Pine Ridge Drive (S-103) and along Fish Hatchery Road from Highway 321 until the intersection with Pine Ridge Drive in Lexington County that inform motorists that through truck traffic is prohibited along this roadway.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 23rd day of May, 2000.
Approved the 24th day of May, 2000.
