A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING AND REGULATION, OFFICE OF STATE FIRE MARSHAL, RELATING TO FIRE PREVENTION AND LIFE SAFETY REGARDING BUILDINGS, USE OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, EXPLOSIVES, SERVICE STATIONS, LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS, TENTS, GRANDSTANDS AND AIR-SUPPORTED STRUCTURES, FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, LOCAL DETENTION FACILITIES, AND PROXIMATE AUDIENCE PYROTECHNICS DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 2410, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Regulations approved
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, Office of State Fire Marshal, relating to fire prevention and life safety regarding buildings, use of hazardous substances, explosives, service stations, liquefied petroleum gas, tents, grandstands and air-supported structures, fire extinguishers, local detention facilities, and proximate audience pyrotechnics designated as Regulation Document Number 2410, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 26th day of May, 1999.
Approved the 1st day of June, 1999.
