State Development Board [Repealed]

SECTION 13-3-10. Repealed by 1993 Act No. 181, Section 1617(A), eff July 1, 1993.

Former Section 13-3-10 provided that this chapter was to be known as "The Research, Planning and Development Act of 1945" and was derived from 1962 Code Section 9-301; 1952 Code Section 9-301; 1945 (44) 156.

SECTION 13-3-20. Repealed by 1993 Act No. 181, Section 1617(A), eff July 1, 1993.

Former Section 13-3-20 set forth the purpose of repealed Chapter 3 and was derived from 1962 Code Section 9-303; 1952 Code Section 9-303; 1945 (44) 156; 1991 Act No. 171, Part II Section 4B.

SECTION 13-3-30. Repealed by 1993 Act No. 181 Section 1617(A), eff July 1, 1993.

SECTION 13-3-60. Repealed by 1993 Act No. 181 Section 1617(A), eff July 1, 1993.

Editor's Note

Former Section 13-3-60 provided for meetings, procedure and records of the State Development Board, and provided that the director shall act as secretary but not vote, and was derived from 1962 Code Section 9-306; 1952 Code Section 9-306; 1945 (44) 156; 1959 (51) 437.

SECTION 13-3-70. Repealed by 1993 Act No. 181 Section 1617(A), eff July 1, 1993.
