Liquefied Petroleum Gases [Repealed]

Former Section 39-43-75 was entitled "Installer to notify propane supplier before work on liquefied petroleum gas system" and was derived from 1993 Act No. 168, Section 2. See Section 40-82-270.

Former Section 39-43-80 was entitled "Transportation, installation or other work done by a person not certified to be competent" and was derived from 1962 Code Section 66-431.7; 1963 (53) 310; 1985 Act No. 200, Section 6; 1988 Act No. 661; 1993 Act No. 168, Section 8. See Section 40-82-220.

SECTION 39-43-90. Repealed by 1993 Act No. 168, Section 14, eff June 16, 1993.

SECTION 39-43-160. Repealed by 1993 Act No. 168, Section 14, eff June 16, 1993.

Former section 39-43-160 provided for suspension, revocation or refusal to renew a license issued under this chapter, and for the imposition of administrative penalties for violations.

SECTIONS 39-43-170 to 39-43-190. Repealed by 1999 Act. No. 128, Section 2, eff June 11, 1999.

Former Section 39-43-190 was entitled "Disposition of penalties" and was derived from 1962 Code Section 66-431.19; 1974 (58) 2767; 1988 Act No. 661.

Another former Section 39-43-190, derived from 1962 Code Section 66-431.18; 1974 (58) 2767; 1985 Act No. 200, Section 14, relating to the procedures for imposing administrative penalties and appeals, was recodified as 39-43-180 by 1988 Act No. 661.

SECTION 39-43-200. Repealed by 1988 Act No. 661, Section 1, eff January 1, 1989.
