Former Section 41-45-10 was entitled "Creation of South Carolina Coordinating Council for Economic Development; members; chairman" and was derived from 1986 Act No. 423, Section 1; 1987 Act No. 86 Section 3.

Former Section 41-45-20 was entitled "Meetings; Duties" and was derived from 1986 Act No. 423, Section 2; 1991 Act No. 171, Part II, Section 4D; 1993 Act No. 164, Part II, Section 47B.
