    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, TITLE 49 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO DAMS, BY ADDING ARTICLE 5, TO ENACT THE "WETLANDS RESTORATION ACT," TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN IMPOUNDMENTS THAT ORIGINALLY IMPOUNDED A PARCEL OF TIDELAND OR MARSHLAND BUT NO LONGER COMPLETELY IMPOUND THAT PARCEL MAY BE REPAIRED OR RESTORED.
