    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 48-1-95(E) OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENT FOR SIGNIFICANT SPILLS BY WASTEWATER UTILITIES, TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SHALL PROVIDE PUBLIC NOTICE OF A SIGNIFICANT SPILL.
