    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-9-320, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT A PERSON BORN AFTER JUNE 30, 1979, MAY NOT OBTAIN A HUNTING LICENSE UNLESS HE OBTAINS A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF A HUNTER EDUCATION PROGRAM, SO AS TO DELETE THE AGE RESTRICTION REQUIREMENT FOR COMPLETING A HUNTER EDUCATION PROGRAM.
