    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-13-1180, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PROHIBITIONS REGARDING TROTLINES, SO AS TO REQUIRE THAT TROTLINE HOOKS USED IN LAKES MARION AND MOULTRIE MUST, IN ADDITION TO OTHER REQUIREMENTS, BE CAPABLE OF BEING PASSED THROUGH A THREE-INCH-LONG CYLINDER WITH A ONE-HALF INCH INSIDE DIAMETER.
