    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, TITLE 38 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE AUTHORITY AND REQUIREMENTS TO TRANSACT BUSINESS, BY ADDING SECTION 38-5-25, TO PROVIDE THAT A HEALTH CARE SHARING MINISTRY IS NOT CONSIDERED TO BE ENGAGING IN THE BUSINESS OF INSURANCE AND NOT SUBJECT TO REGULATION BY THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE, AND TO DEFINE NECESSARY TERMS.
