    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-29-250 SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR AT LEAST TWO HOURS OF INSTRUCTION IN AN EXPLANATION OF THE CRIME OF LYNCHING AND THE PENALTIES IN EIGHTH THROUGH TWELFTH GRADES IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF THE STATE.
