S 1033 General Bill, By J.M. Waddell
    A Bill to amend Section 34B, Part II, Act 189 of 1989 (the General Appropriations Act), relating to the effective date of Section 12-47-445 of the 1976 Code, limiting claims for refund of taxes found by a court to be unconstitutional or other unlawful, so as to provide that the Section does not apply with respect to claims for refund arising under "Davis v. Michigan".
