    A Concurrent Resolution to provide that when the respective houses of the General Assembly adjourn on Thursday, June 6, 1991, they shall stand adjourned to meet on their own motion in regular statewide session, and to provide for those items of legislative business which may be considered during such statewide session after June 6, 1991.
