    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-21-148 so as to prohibit the obstruction of wharfs, docks, piers, boat ramps, and access to them; to provide for the removal of vehicles, vessels, or other obstructing objects; to provide for the erection of signs advertising the prohibition; and to provide penalties.
