    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 61-6-1035 SO AS TO PERMIT THE SAMPLING OF WINES CONTAINING OVER SIXTEEN PERCENT BY VOLUME OF ALCOHOL, CORDIALS, AND OTHER DISTILLED SPIRITS SOLD IN A RETAIL ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR STORE UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS; AND TO ADD SECTION 61-6-1560 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A RETAIL DEALER, WHOLESALER, OR PRODUCER MAY OFFER DISCOUNTS ON ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS OR NONALCOHOLIC ITEMS THROUGH THE USE OF PREMIUMS, COUPONS, OR STAMPS REDEEMABLE BY MAIL.-amended title
