    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-40, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO MATTERS EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT LISTS OF PERSONS WHO HAVE APPLIED FOR OR WHO HAVE BEEN GRANTED CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMITS BY THE STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION ARE EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE AND MAY NOT BE DISCLOSED UNDER THIS ACT.
