    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-3-35 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2002, THE ACTIVITIES UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HIGH SCHOOL LEAGUE SHALL COME UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE STATE SUPERINTENDENT OF EDUCATION.
