    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-70, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO MEETINGS UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT NO CHANCE MEETING, SOCIAL MEETING, OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION, INCLUDING COMMUNICATIONS THROUGH THE INTERNET, MAY BE USED TO DISCUSS, AS WELL AS ACT UPON, A MATTER OVER WHICH THE PUBLIC BODY HAS JURISDICTION.
