    A Bill to amend Chapter 24 of Title 34, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the South Carolina Bank Holding Company Act, so as to revise and further provide for definitions and regulatory provisions and procedures in order to permit after a specified date an out-of-state bank holding company to operate and make acquisitions in this State in the same manner that a southern region bank holding company is permitted to operate and make acquisitions.
