A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 5-31-1910, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROVISION OF WATER AND ELECTRIC SERVICES BEYOND CORPORATE LIMITS OF A MUNICIPALITY, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A MUNICIPALITY REQUIRING A CONTRACT BEFORE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO A NONRESIDENT MUST PROVIDE THE SERVICE TO THE NONRESIDENT AT THE SAME RATE CHARGED TO A RESIDENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY.
