    A Bill to amend Section 61-3-1020, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the prohibition against conducting other business in retail liquor stores and the exceptions to that prohibition, so as to allow retail dealers to sell nonalcoholic items, other than beer or wine, packaged together with alcoholic liquors if the nonalcoholic liquors and items are in sealed packages and are packaged together by the alcoholic liquor producer at its place of business.
